A graduate of Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts, Rob grew up in Clinton Township, Michigan. Over his career, he has worked at WJR in Detroit, WLEW in Bad Axe, WSGW in Saginaw and WOOD in Grand Rapids before returning home to work at WDET. Rob has been honored numerous times by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters, the Michigan Associated Press Broadcasters Association, the Society of Professional Journalists and the Radio Television News Directors Association.
