NCME seeks an experienced public service professional to fill the position of Deputy Director, a high-visibility leadership role at NCME. The Deputy Director supports NCME in strategic programming and assists the Executive Director in the operations of the NCME, including training, grant making, fiscal oversight, strategic planning, and fundraising for key initiatives. Depending on experience and skills, the Deputy Director oversees communications and/or assessment, digital technology and social media efforts. He or she may also oversee grant making efforts to public radio and public television stations across the country, including program development and evaluation of results. Director of Radio Engagement

NCME seeks an experienced public radio professional for Director of Radio Engagement.  As a senior member of the NCME leadership team, the Director plays a leadership role in developing NCME strategies and practices and will help shape public radio community engagement thinking and implementation.  This person is responsible for public radio station relations and public radio content producer relations, including consultation and coaching, smart practices identification, data and story collection, and completion of public radio impact and forecast reports.  In addition, this person will play a key role in developing NCME content tools and resources and disseminating engagement models for public radio stations.
